First think about why anyone would pay to be a franchise. Does the company have a good name that people are willing to rent?
If you were a hair stylist thinking of starting a business why wouldn’t you just name it Kats Kut and Kurl instead of spending thousands and on going fees to be a franchise of Great Cuts and Curl or something?

    what’s IB? EE?

who are you? are you the business?

I would suspect the Singapore franchise regs are well beyond what anyone is going to provide here for free.

Whether it should franchise should be determined by the following factors::

    1) I s there a true need for the product or service
    2) How saturated is the market now, is it at maturation?
    3) Availability of capital
    4) Realistic prospects for growth without market over-saturation

If the business plan doesnt answer every question above in a positive manner, then it is not worth the time and effort to franchise.

You want to study the MARKET… NOT the business to determine whether it should be franchised or not. ANYTHING can be franchised, its just a matter of if it would be profitable….
