    This is the Colorado Dept. of revenue website, small business start up section. It will take you through all of the necessary steps and tell you exactly what to do. Hope this helps! Good Luck!!

    Go to the Chamber of Commerce and find out what locations are suitable. Keep in mind the competiveness and location…location…..location..let me know how you do….good luck !!!!
